- A SaaS platform bringing together a coach directory, booking, skill assessments, subscriptions and court sync with clubs. AI video analysis runs directly in the browser and produces heatmaps, shot charts and player comparisons.

Thyroid patient follow-up platform
Patient app and doctor workspace for thyroid care follow-up, in France.
- The problem
- Between appointments, symptoms, medication and lab results get lost. The doctor sees the file for the first time on the day.
- What we built
- Mobile and web apps for tracking symptoms, medication and documents, with pre-visit questionnaires, a doctor file, FHIR export and front-desk tool integration. Lab reports are read automatically, with human review when needed, so the doctor has an up-to-date file before every appointment.

Private document AI for lab reports
A private document AI service that turns lab report PDFs and photos into structured data, with no patient data shared with third parties.
- The problem
- Patients send lab results as photos or PDFs. Re-typing them is slow, and sending them to an external AI API raises privacy issues.
- What we built
- A vision-language model, running in a controlled environment, extracts the values (analyte, value, unit). When confidence is high enough they go into the record; otherwise they go to human review, with quality tracking.

- Club tournaments and leagues still run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.

- A platform that handles round robins, knockouts, Swiss-system and flexible leagues, computes ELO ratings and manages court bookings, with a mobile app and push notifications.

Diabetes care booking platform
Booking and practice management for endocrinology, with a mandatory pre-visit file.

- Appointments start without the patient's lab results or basic information.
- What we built
- Practitioner search, doctor-approved booking, required questionnaire and labs before the visit, credential verification and subscription billing. A product scoped and documented end to end, with its own design system.

A platform connecting labs, doctors and patients in Tunisia.

- Results travel by phone and on paper, and many patients have no email address.

- The lab creates the patient account (login by name and phone), and manages bookings, messaging, PDF reports and billing, with an audit trail.

Residents report weather hazards; the town hall tracks and resolves them on a map.

- In winter, flooded roads and damage are reported piecemeal, with no location or priority.

- A bilingual web app: photo, GPS pin and urgency level in seconds. For the town hall, a map dashboard with status workflow and CSV export.
